The habits and associations made by a child in their early years are their foundation, and can strongly influence many aspects of their well-being. Food preferences and habits formed in their early years have consequences in the range or limitation of food they eat in later years. It is important that the food a child eats in their early years setting provides the appropriate amount of energy and nutrients, and supports the development of healthy habits in young children.

We are happy to make adjustments for any allergies, intolerances and/or to meet cultural needs. Parents will be asked to complete a food questionnaire in advance of joining.
